Opposites

For my opposites live brief i decided to choose the hottest and coldest country on earth. these being Africa and Antarctica, i researched the highest and lowest recorded temperatures of both countries.

AFRICA

HIGHEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE:
 Al'Aziziyah, Libya  57.7 C  (135.9 F) on the 13th September, 1922 

LOWEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE:
 Ifrane, Morocco  -23.9 C  (-11.0 F) on the 11th February, 1935 


ANTARCTICA
HIGHEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE:
 Hope Bay  14.6 C  (58.3 F) on the 5th January, 1974

LOWEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE:
 Vostock II  -89.2 C  (-128.6 F) on the 21st July, 1983
